Yes, the price includes installation of basic free programs: browser, office suite, antivirus, media player. I install paid programs if you have a license.

Standard formatting is 2-4 hours. If the disk is slow (HDD) or you need to transfer a lot of data - it may take longer. Often same-day completion.
